Trocaire
IT Career Jump Start Program
This program provides adult learners with basic internet security and foundational IT concepts in a 10-week program leading to industry-recognized certifications. Prior experience is not required. Those who wish to further their education can convert their certificates into college credits for Trocaire’s Associate of Applied Science in Cybersecurity program. At the end of this program, graduates will have experience relevant to IT help desk, tech support, service desk, and repair technician job positions.

IT Help Desk Support Program
Presented by the Buffalo Center for Arts and Technology, this 10-week program gets adult learners ready for an entry-level career in IT. Graduates receive a CompTIA certificate that aligns them with help desk, support desk, service center, or networking technician career paths.
IT Security + Exam Prep Program
The Buffalo Center for Arts and Technology offers a 10-week IT Security and Exam Prep program to prepare adult learners for cybersecurity positions. Upon completion, graduates earn a CompTIA Secuity+ global certification that prepares them for a career in IT security.
