Jeffrey is a proven builder of talent development programs that promote equitable access to career opportunities. He became TechBuffalo’s leader after working for decades in Indiana, one of the most robust tech ecosystems in the United States. He has a track record of success in executing bold projects that connect workforce needs to educational programming.
Mary Ruelle
Director of Strategic Talent Initiatives
Mary has eight years of education experience, six of those in the higher education sector. Her experience includes career services, academic advising, advancement, and student conduct. She also owns and operates Dolly Cakes Cakery, an online bakery in Buffalo.
Cameron Smith
Finance & Operations Director
Cameron joins the team with eight years of non-profit professional experience focused specifically on finance and operations. Outside of work he is a member of the Seneca Street CDC Board of Directors and the Executive Committee for the Buffalo Rugby Club.
Rachel Eastlack
Transition to Tech Programs Manager
As a trained social worker, Rachel brings a trauma-informed and person-centered lens in hopes of further creating a diverse and equitable tech landscape within the Buffalo community. Outside of the office, Rachel spends time thrifting & curating vintage furniture for her passion project, At Home on Heath.
Roscoe Naguit
Emerging Talent Programs Manager
Roscoe is a community connector and program builder with over 10 years of collaborative work across WNY, spanning workforce development pathways, entrepreneurship ecosystems, and community development. He spends his free time weightlifting and exploring Western New York with his wife and children.
Gabriella McKinley
Programs Coordinator
Gabriella is a facilitator, educator, and artist dedicated to building inclusive communities and expanding access to creative opportunities. She has designed and led programs that use the arts as a catalyst for dialogue, leadership development, and community connection. With experience in teaching, training, and collaborative program design, Gabriella has a proven ability to guide groups toward shared understanding while elevating individual voices.

Director of Communications & Engagement
Greg is a creative, strategic, and community-forward communications professional with over 8 years experience in economic development and place marketing. His work has secured Buffalo national placements in top publications such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, CNN News, and Forbes.
