He became TechBuffalo’s leader after working for decades in Indiana, one of the most robust tech ecosystems in the United States. He has a track record of success in executing bold projects that connect workforce needs to educational programming.
Rachel Eastlack
Programs Manager
As a trained social worker, Rachel brings a trauma-informed and person-centered lens in hopes of further creating a diverse and equitable tech landscape within the Buffalo community. Outside of the office, Rachel spends time thrifting & curating vintage furniture for her passion project, At Home on Heath.

Director of Communications & Engagement
Greg is a creative, strategic, and community-forward communications professional with over 9 years experience in economic development and place marketing. His work has secured Buffalo national placements in top publications such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, CNN News, and Forbes.
Gabriella McKinley
Events & Engagement Coordinator
Gabriella is a facilitator, educator, and artist dedicated to building inclusive communities and expanding access to creative opportunities. She has designed and led programs that use the arts as a catalyst for dialogue, leadership development, and community connection. With experience in teaching, training, and collaborative program design, Gabriella has a proven ability to guide groups toward shared understanding while elevating individual voices.
Arianna Wink
PowerUpTech Program Manager
Arianna is a people-centered professional who combines her business and social work experience to create opportunities that connect individuals with resources that support their personal and professional growth. With experience in workforce development, entrepreneurship, and program creation, she values the partnerships and connections that allow for the ecosystem thrive. Arianna has a track record of building systems that increase access to resources and programs that address the whole person.
Brittany Reling
Engagement Manager
Brittany has spent her career doing what she loves most: building real relationships and helping people succeed. Her background is in customer success, retention, and relationship management, where she quickly learned that the best outcomes always start with truly understanding the people she’s working with. That people-first mindset has shaped everything she does, both professionally and personally. Outside of work, she can be found leading the PTA, coaching Girls on the Run, and showing up for Buffalo in whatever way she can. She is passionate about connection and believes that when people feel supported, incredible things happen.
Roscoe Naguit
Programs Manager
Roscoe is a community connector and program builder with over 10 years of collaborative work across WNY, spanning workforce development pathways, entrepreneurship ecosystems, and community development. He spends his free time weightlifting and exploring Western New York with his wife and children.
